
Senior Cybersecurity Engineer - HP NonStop Systems

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in HP NonStop Systems to lead the security architecture, design, and configuration of our PULSE HP NonStop Switch environments. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with strategic vendors and internal/external teams to architect, design, and support production and development systems, while also managing the administration of these environments.
As a key member of the Cyber team, you will design and develop robust Debit Systems Security Solutions, focusing on various aspects including network and OS administrative tasks on the NonStop platform. Your contribution will be vital in drafting, interpreting, and communicating security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as PCI, FFIEC, SSAE-16, and SOX.
Your expertise will enable the delivery of complex secure systems, support cyber applications, manage technical projects, and address risk requirements. You will actively influence the Cybersecurity engineering roadmap to enhance platform resilience and mitigate operational risks.

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional Security support and advanced technical consulting to HP NonStop technical groups.
Concentrate on security architecture and design specific to HP NonStop Switch environments.
Drive the Cybersecurity engineering roadmap and framework initiatives.
Oversee Cyber platform incident triage, assessing scope, urgency, and impact.
Proactively identify security vulnerabilities and architectural weaknesses, providing effective solutions.
This position allows for remote work.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Minimum of 4 years' experience in Information Security, Application Security, or Security Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or 6+ years of experience in Information Security, Application Security, or Security Engineering.
4+ years of experience with NonStop Guardian, Safeguard security, and Xygate products.
4+ years of experience conducting problem analysis and resolution with NonStop security products.
4+ years of familiarity with HP NonStop technologies and concepts.
Proficiency in tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow, and Cyberark for 4+ years.
2+ years of experience with debit solutions.
2+ years in handling network or OS administrative tasks.

The salary range for this role is as follows: Remote: $179,400 - $204,700; Chicago, IL: $179,400 - $204,700; McLean, VA: $197,300 - $225,100; Richmond, VA: $179,400 - $204,700. Actual salary offers will be determined at the time of hire and may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
