About the Role
We are excited to invite passionate candidates to apply for the role of Director of Philanthropic Relationships. This key position is dedicated to strategically planning and executing initiatives that enhance our relationships and mobilize vital resources from institutional funders, with a particular focus on engaging family foundations to further our mission. Collaborating closely with the Development Team and organizational leaders, you will help shape our philanthropic strategies, objectives, and long-term goals.
Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing and supporting your team members, representing our organization in leadership capacities, and remaining informed on emerging trends in philanthropy and charitable giving to boost our fundraising efforts. We encourage applicants with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in development, demonstrating a successful track record in both individual and institutional fundraising.
We seek individuals who exhibit exceptional communication and collaboration skills, thrive in a diverse and mission-driven environment, and hold a deep commitment to social justice.
