We're looking for a Growth Lead Analyst who's equal parts analytical powerhouse and strategic thinker. You’ll own complex initiatives end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional partners and senior leaders. This is an individual contributor role with serious influence. You'll have direct access to senior leadership, a seat at the table for strategic decisions, and the autonomy to pursue ideas that matter. You'll operate in a fast-moving landscape alongside Amazon, Audible, and Spotify—leveraging generative AI and emerging technologies to find opportunities others miss. Turn data into decisions: deliver insights and recommendations that shape how leadership thinks about growth Spot opportunities others miss—whether that's untapped revenue streams, efficiency gains, or market expansion plays Stay ahead of the curve on AI and generative AI—identifying where tools like LLMs, automation, or forecasting models can meaningfully improve growth decisions. Work across editorial, marketing, sales, and leadership to define what success looks like—and measure it Build frameworks that make sense of performance across platforms and divisions, each with its own dynamics Hands-On Analytical Work
Dig into large, messy datasets—sales, marketing, distribution, audience behavior—and extract what matters Translate fuzzy business questions into concrete analytical approaches Build dashboards and reports that people actually use—clear, actionable, no fluff Run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses before committing resources Keep data clean, documented, and trustworthy Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Physics, or a related quantitative field 5+ years of hands‑on analytical experience—and a track record of work that moved the needle You think strategically: you see patterns, connect dots, and know how to zoom in and out Fluent in the language of business—comfortable discussing financial, marketing, and pricing performance with senior stakeholders Familiar with marketing and sales funnels, KPIs, and optimization strategies Excel power user (advanced functions, data modeling) and strong SQL skills Proficient in Power BI for visualization and reporting Creative and resourceful—you find ways to solve problems that aren't obvious Clear communicator who can make complex findings land with non-technical audiences Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do Desirable
