Job Type Full‑time, Part‑time
Description We are hiring full‑time groundskeepers to help maintain the beauty and playability of our golf courses year‑round. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team that keeps one of the area’s premier golf destinations in pristine condition.
Groundskeeper Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)
Daily maintenance of golf course turf, greens, and landscaping
Bunker raking and repair
Mowing of fairways, greens, tees, and collars
Operating riding mowers, push mowers, and utility vehicles
Tree and shrub pruning and removal
Desert landscape detail and debris removal
Use of handheld equipment (weed eaters, blowers, edgers)
Seasonal overseeding and special project work

Pay $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work early morning shifts (between 4:00 AM – 6:00 AM start times)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, wind)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from work
Valid Ca Drivers License
Use technology to clock in & out for work duties
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduledAbility to operate or learn to operate lawn equipment and small power tools (mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc.)
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus but not required
Must adhere to safety procedures and wear proper PPE (provided)

Salary Description $17-19/hr
