Job Summary Support department through assisting customers and ensuring shelves are well stocked and maintained.

Essential Job Duties
Receive and inspect incoming products for quality and accuracy
Replenish and rotate displays, culling several times daily
Follow stocking priorities set by Produce Manager
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation, backroom, and storage areas
Follow greens program as instructed by Produce Manager
Ability to answer customer questions in a friendly, courteous manner
Date and rotate back stock to minimize waste
Relays information to diverse groups
Additional Duties
Assists in special projects, assists in other departments as needed, and performs other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
Good customer service skills for both internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to take direction and work independently
Ability to multi-task and good organizational skills
Requirements Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
Works with guidance from Department Manager
Performs a limited number of tasks as dictated by department demands
Ability to read and understand invoices and product tags and learn established organizational systems
Standing for long periods, bending, walking, reaching, and sitting
Ability to climb up and down stepladders and stairs daily
Able to lift and carry up 50 lbs. as needed throughout the day
Ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters, stepladders, and pallet jacks
Experience and Educational Requirements
There are no educational requirements, though grocery, produce, or natural foods experience is a plus.
Other Qualifications
Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state & local standards - including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA & other federal, state and local standards
Compliance with all personnel policies
