Dimensional Calibration Technician:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about providing outstanding customer support? Tool and Gage House (TGH) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage the processing of calibration and repair items. In this critical role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing quotes, receiving items into our software, tracking service orders, and ensuring a smooth workflow from intake to completion.
Responsibilities
Generate quotes from customer lists.
Receiving items into our system after verifying items received match the paperwork 100%.
Obtain vendor pricing and create quotes for items that can’t be calibrated at TGH.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service completion.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding quotes & orders, delivery, and other service details.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service items.
Generate purchase orders for items having to be outsourced.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical or repair environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency with basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
