Prepare and file various immigration petitions and applications, including forms such as I-130 and N-400
Assist with green card matters, including family-based and employment-based permanent residence
Support matters involving common visa categories such as H-1B and O-1
Draft correspondence, RFEs, NOIDs, and assemble supporting evidence packets
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and agencies to collect documentation and advance cases
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree required
Approximately 3+ years of recent immigration paralegal experience in family-based, employment-based, or humanitarian matters
Working knowledge of USCIS forms, filing procedures, and documentation requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing contexts
Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple matters independently in a remote environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with immigration case management or practice management platforms such as Clio or INSZoom
Previous experience in a remote work setting
