
Partner Relations Development Specialist

Annual Compensation:
$80,000 – $95,00.00 DOE + Bonus Eligible
We’re looking for a relationship‑driven, growth‑minded professional to help strengthen key partnerships, elevate customer experience, and support market expansion. In this role, you’ll collaborate with program leaders and cross‑functional teams to build lasting customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure our partners receive exceptional service. You’ll serve as a trusted connector between our organization and the hospitals, EMS agencies, and community partners we serve—while also supporting strategic planning and market development initiatives.
Responsibilities Build & Strengthen Partnerships
Foster strong relationships with hospitals, EMS agencies, fire departments, insurers, and community partners.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and track partner needs, feedback, and satisfaction.
Manage partner touchpoints, follow‑ups, and retention activities.
Maintain accurate partner and affiliate contact databases.
Drive Growth & Market Insights
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with leaders to activate them.
Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
Represent the company at conferences, events, and community functions.
Support Strategic Planning & Collaboration
Partner with Program Directors on annual and quarterly planning.
Work with cross‑functional teams—Clinical Operations, Communications, Aviation, Maintenance, Safety, GOC, and Flight Sales— to support seamless service delivery.
Help create scalable tools, resources, and processes that improve how we manage relationships.
Champion Customer Experience
Lead or support service recovery efforts when issues arise.
Coordinate resolutions with internal teams and maintain documentation.
Promote Our Brand
Assist with social media content, website updates, and marketing materials.
Ensure accurate, consistent messaging across audiences.
Support Internal Development
Share best practices and help developing leaders strengthen business‑relations skills.
Qualifications Education & Industry Experience
Bachelor’s degree or 3 - 5+ years in business development, account management, marketing, or operational leadership—ideally in healthcare, EMS, or air‑medical transport.
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and support strategic growth.
Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
Strong problem‑solving ability, adaptability, and self‑direction in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience tracking customer interactions and managing follow‑ups.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (up to ~50%).
