The Receiving Specialist 1 accepts and processes deliveries. Responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly. The role requires attention to detail and good physical condition to lift and move heavy items. Schedule is Mon‑Fri, 8am‑4:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities

Receiving and signing for deliveries, compare purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.

Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items.

Process and record corresponding transactions in Oracle.

Work collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies.

Handling returns of miss‑shipped or damaged merchandise.

Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

1‑2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience.

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Basic math skills.

Ability to utilize sound judgment and reasoning capabilities to resolve problems.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to communicate, both orally and written, in a professional manner.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Ability to lift up to 60lbs.

Ability to work and operate a pallet jack.

At times may be required to work outside normal working hours.

Compensation & Total Rewards This range reflects a good‑faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire. Final compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and skills considerations.

This position is also eligible for additional compensation and benefits through Natera’s robust Total Rewards program, including:

Compensation Range: $21.49 – $26.87 USD
