Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their business deals.

The Opportunity As part of the Strategy& Deals Technology Strategy team, you will drive the day‑to‑day activities of large engagements focused on Product and Technology Diligence and Product‑led Value Creation for software and technology‑enabled businesses. As a Senior Manager you will serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your specialized knowledge and technical acumen to deliver exceptional results to clients and provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies.
Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, provide insights and recommendations
Contribute to the firm’s business strategies through informed decision‑making
Work with cross‑functional teams to enhance project delivery
Analyse complex data to identify trends and opportunities
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust and transparency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Deal Strategy team
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
7 years of experience in technology consulting, product strategy, or software engineering

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred
Experience with product‑focused innovation initiatives
Understanding of product roadmaps and agile methodologies
Leading teams in fast‑paced deal environments
Managing client relationships effectively

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
