We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with experience as a Guest Service Agent in a hotel front desk environment. Familiarity with Hilton and OnQ is a plus. Open availability required Monday - Sunday between the hours of 6am - 11pm Pay Rate:

Respond effectively to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues via telephone in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities and services Handle emergencies by documenting and relaying accurate information to appropriate parties Deliver messages promptly and accurately with proper grammar and spelling Operate office equipment such as computers, PBX systems, and fax machines Monitor and respond to all pre-arrival questions and requests in third-party systems, ensuring proper execution Assist with all reservations in the room PMS system Pre-assign rooms to incoming reservations to optimize availability and upselling opportunities What are we looking for?
