$18.00-$23.00 per hour DOE
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Responsibilities of CSR: Provide prompt and professional customer service Process various service transactions Support agents with day-to-day tasks Maintain accurate client records and documentation Phone coverage backup Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications of CSR:
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Proficient in computer systems and data entry High attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service and communication skills Previous Admin/CSR/Office experience required Ability to prioritize and multi-task Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to provide exemplary work history Benefits of Working with Express:
