Event Manager - Product Demonstrations

At Club Demonstration Services (CDS), we are looking for an Event Manager who will take charge of recruiting, hiring, and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. This role is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills in product preparation and presentation while delivering exceptional service to Club members.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead all activities related to successful event promotions and product sales.
Communicate effectively with team members to enhance sales, service, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with the District Manager to analyze event performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Achieve revenue and profit goals through strategic sales initiatives and careful expense management.
Enhance customer satisfaction by optimizing operations and service delivery.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
You will directly oversee a team, ensuring their effective hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, ideally in event promotion or management.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven experience in customer relationship management.
Basic computer skills—proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Additional Information:
