Master Mind Scholarships Comes With Following Package This prestigious Flemish government scholarship is structured to ease financial pressure while enabling scholars to focus fully on academic excellence.

Annual grant of €10,225 per academic year

Tuition fee waiver per academic year at host university

Possibility to pay only the minimum local scholarship student tuition (approx. €136.50 for 2026–2027, subject to slight annual adjustment)

Funding available for one-year (60 ECTS) and two-year (120 ECTS) master’s programmes

Opportunity to study at one of 9 participating universities in Belgium

Access to Europe-based academic networks, research opportunities, and career exposure

Over 500 scholarships available across participating institutions

Reserved quotas for some countries: Japan (3), Mexico (3), Palestine (2), USA (5), with remaining awards allocated globally.

Eligibility Required to Apply Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance and meet both government and host university admission requirements.

Must apply for an eligible master’s programme at a participating Flemish institution

Must be an international student from any country worldwide

Must meet academic excellence criteria set by the host institution

Must obtain admission or pre-admission to the chosen master’s programme

Cannot combine the Master Mind Scholarship with other Flemish government or major international scholarships

Must be nominated by the host institution (students cannot apply independently)

Must meet language and academic entry requirements of the selected university
