Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the private lending industry and contribute to the smooth operation of our office. This is an in person, Monday to Friday job opportunity. Hours are 8am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: Deposit Checks, initiate wires, transfers and ACH’s Coordinate Loan Payoffs & Payment Posting Handle incoming and outgoing mail Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records Scanning and saving files including physically filing paperwork Coordinate office supplies and inventory Support loan servicing team with administrative tasks such as contacting borrowers or ordering insurance Ensure the office environment is organized and welcoming Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to learn new technology Background check required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in real estate, escrow, banking or finance is a plus but not required Why First Bridge Lending?
