Position Overview Communiboost we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and assistance through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objective will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information regarding our products and services.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Employment Type: Full Time, Workplace type: Onsite. Department: Communiboost

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.

Assist customers with product information, order status, and service requests.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.

Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Provide feedback on processes and suggest improvements to management.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in using computers and customer management software.

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
