Position Overview
CACI is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support financial auditability and transportation logistics modernization efforts for USTRANSCOM. This role supports Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives focused on implementing a modern enterprise system to enhance financial transparency, operational efficiency, and supply chain management across Department of Defense transportation systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DoD logistics operations, process modeling, and enterprise system transformation within a federal environment. Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Reengineering
Analyze and validate business processes, data requirements, business rules, and system dependencies.
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvement, and enhanced auditability.
Develop future-state (To-Be) process models and documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders including USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and JTMS contractors.
Provide DoD subject matter expertise in enterprise logistics system design.
Research and assess DOTMLPF-P impacts and recommendations.
Requirements & Agile Support
Validate user roles and access requirements; develop role-based scenarios and acceptance criteria.
Support use case development, demo preparation, and functional/system requirement decomposition.
Translate requirements into SAFe features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
Support Agile Product Teams implementing reengineered processes.
Governance & Compliance
Collaborate with policy, audit readiness, and data governance teams to ensure traceability and internal controls are incorporated into future-state processes.
Required Qualifications
Secret security clearance or U.S. Citizen eligible for Tier 1 investigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Transportation & Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Law, Computer Science, Engineering, Physical/Applied Sciences, or a related management discipline.
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, or related areas.
4+ years of functional experience within USTRANSCOM Operations and DoD Transportation Systems.
Experience with DoDAF process modeling.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with government and military personnel.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale system modernization efforts.
General knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
