Associate, Revenue Operations - Strategy & Operations The In-Store Revenue Operations team at DoorDash is responsible for helping drive revenue growth through effective and efficient sales processes, systems, and analytics. The team handles strategy, planning, metrics reporting and analytics while fostering strong relationships with Revenue leadership. We work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Strategy & Operations teams to drive alignment across all revenue operations.

About the Role As an Associate, Revenue Operations you will support the revenue organization with both analytical and strategic needs. You will help support the operations of our Sales & Post Sales team, drive systems compliance and help with creating our foundational dashboards. This role will collaborate across the company to help create strategies influencing our revenue teams.

You will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations on our Revenue Operations Team in our In-Store organization.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

Provide insights and analytics and reporting for the Revenue organization, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and funnel metrics across all lead sources.

Build and maintain all dashboards to help track team success

Ensure all data is tracked and audited effectively

Identify gaps in our processes and help maintain compliance

Work with our Data Team to ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all data related activities

Partner closely with the Salesforce Systems Team to develop workflows in Salesforce and other operational tools to ensure support for sales productivity, reporting, and dashboards

Conduct regular cadences of data hygiene checks within Salesforce to ensure our "Source of Truth" is accurate and actionable

Strong experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite with an emphasis on Excel on Google Sheets

Self-motivated and have a high attention to detail

Strong knack for data visualization and modeling

You have analytical rigor, a drive to clean, audit and transform data into insights

You understand how a change in our systems or workflows have down stream impacts

Team player capable of high performance and flexibility in a fast paced environment

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with cross functional partners

Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:

For salaried roles:

flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.

For hourly roles:

vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

We expect this position to be filled by 4/10/26.

$78,200 — $115,000 USD
