What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
Provide management with regular updates on customer insights and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with 3+ years of sales experience, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare
Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to engage with healthcare professionals
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in cardiovascular sales with established relationships in the field
Background in sales, account management, or consultative roles
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
Proficient in using advanced analytics for customer insights
