What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive strategy, business planning, execution, and performance processes for strategic priorities
Partner with Product Marketing and cross-functional leaders to deliver Business and Marketing strategies
Manage end-to-end execution of plans and initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment
Plan and facilitate executive reviews, capturing notes and action items
Proactively identify and manage risks within projects and communicate status to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management
Proven experience in developing and executing both high-level and operational business strategies
Experience driving change and managing complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
MBA or other relevant advanced degree
Experience with planning processes, metrics, and performance measurement
Background in a SaaS software company
Proven leadership skills and experience working with high-level executives
