About C&E We’re a commercial janitorial company providing reliable, professional cleaning for luxury high-rise condominium buildings, office buildings, schools and commercial services.
We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to help us grow our footprint specifically through property management and ownership relationships.
This role is for someone who:
Likes building relationships with decision-makers.
Can communicate professionally and consistently.
Understands that property management is built on trust + follow-through.
Doesn’t mind outbound calls, emails, and visiting buildings.
Wants to earn more by producing more.
You’ll be introducing our services to property managers and facilities teams who manage:
High-rise condominium building associations
Multi-tenant office buildings
Office parks
Schools
Marble floor restoration
Ideal Candidate: Must-Have:
Strong communication skills.
Comfortable with outreach + follow-up.
Organized and able to manage multiple prospects.
Professional, dependable, and persistent.
Experience in sales.
Big plus experience selling property management services.
