This position is not a software engineering role and is intended for a project or implementation manager with a technical consulting–oriented background.
Location : This is an onsite role based at Eranova’s Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Salary Range : $70,000 – $130,000 (final offer within this range will depend on experience and qualifications).

Responsibilities
Develop executive-facing slide decks and reports
Drive client workshops and status meetings
Drive partner implementations and maintain on-time delivery across deployment timelines, including amid ambiguity and varying stakeholder responsiveness
Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal engineering teams
Build client proposals following initial client scoping calls and target workflow walkthroughs
Perform technical data analysis for partner deployments and internal Eranova operations
Partner with Eranova engineers to understand client requirements and translate into technical system requirements
Build system process architecture diagrams and present architecture overviews to clients and internal stakeholders
Translate client feedback and requirements into actionable engineering objectives
Manage projects and client engagements, presenting updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Manage client success and triage/escalate inbound support requirements
Support Eranova engineers by evaluating deployment outputs against client requirements
Perform deep research and become a subject matter expert in enterprise applications of large language models, AI agents, and the broader generative AI landscape
Produce thought leadership, case studies, and research to expand Eranova’s public brand
Qualifications Client-Facing / General Skills
Preferred 2-5 years of experience in a consulting or implementation specialist role
Preferred background in consulting at a leading firm
Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
Advanced experience with Microsoft Word
Full proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
Served in a client-facing role
Exhibit exceptional client communication and professionalism
Proven operational excellence – even in environments of high-volume client requirements
Ability to organize, manage, and deliver many concurrent requirements on time
Proven ability to workshop through functional client requirements and translate these into system requirements
Experience building executive-facing reports and documentation
Experience building executive-facing PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports
Operations background (Scrum/Agile, Lean Six Sigma; certifications welcomed)
Interest in the Transportation & Logistics sector; ability to ramp from introductory to advanced understanding
Understanding of the functional purpose of core business information systems (TMS, ERP, WMS)
Business Analytics / Technology
Proven advanced experience with Microsoft Excel & data analysis
Proven experience in presenting analytical findings and project updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Experience building system process architecture diagrams and presenting architecture overviews to clients and internal stakeholders
Experience with Power BI and dashboarding tools
Understanding of APIs
Introductory to advanced understanding of databases and data structures
Nice to have: experience in business analytics leveraging Python and SQL
Generative AI Stack (Nice to have familiarity)
