Job Description This job is responsible for implementing competitive strategies to achieve and exceed market objectives. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, providing coaching and support to market managers and business bankers, and improving workforce effectiveness and productivity. Job expectations include supporting focused client relationship care training to improve market performance.
Position will support Southern California. Office location flexible to El Segundo, Ontario or Pasadena.

Requirements Previous experience supporting a sales organization, including executives, and/or have had direct client/sales experience Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple partners, manage multiple priorities/projects simultaneously, and design and deliver materials for in-person or virtual meetings Demonstrated ability to influence executives, peers and partners in a wide range of settings; strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Strong computer, presentation, and facilitation skills
Minimum Education Requirement High School Diploma/GED/Secondary School or equivalent

Pay range $138,000.00 - $172,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
