We are seeking an experienced Steel Erection Foreman to lead field crews and oversee structural steel erection projects from start to finish. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and company standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead steel erection crews on job sites
Read and interpret structural drawings and erection plans
Coordinate daily job site activities and workflow
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safe work practices
Plan equipment needs (cranes, lifts, tools) and coordinate with project management
Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
Train and mentor crew members
Maintain quality control and workmanship standards
Qualifications
5+ years of structural steel erection experience
2+ years in a leadership or foreman role preferred
Strong knowledge of structural steel installation procedures
Ability to read blueprints and erection drawings
Experience coordinating cranes and rigging operations
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor conditions
Valid driver’s license
