Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Supplier Management & Enablement Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end supplier onboarding process within the Coupa ecosystem while playing a key role in the migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement. This position will focus on maintaining the Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) system and supporting testing, supplier transition, and data migration efforts to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Key Responsibilities Supplier Onboarding & Data Maintenance (Current State – Coupa)
Act as primary point of contact for internal teams requesting new supplier setups or changes
Initiate and manage supplier onboarding requests within Coupa
Guide suppliers through registration, including collection of W-9/W-8, banking, and compliance documentation
Partner with Accounts Payable and Sourcing teams to ensure accurate activation for payment and PO processing
Review and validate supplier‑submitted information for accuracy and completeness
Oracle Fusion Cloud Migration & Enablement (Future State)
Support supplier enablement workstream for Oracle Fusion Cloud transition
Work directly with existing suppliers to onboard into Oracle Fusion Cloud
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), execute test scripts, and identify defects
Assist with data cleansing and supplier master data migration from Coupa to Oracle
Required Experience
2–4 years of experience in procurement operations, supplier management, or P2P (Procure-to-Pay) roles
Hands‑on experience with Coupa (especially Supplier Information Management – SIM)
Experience participating in system implementations or large‑scale data migrations
Experience executing UAT test scripts and supporting system transitions
Nice-to-Have Experience
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Supplier Management or Supplier Portal
Experience working with AP, Legal, and Sourcing stakeholders
Experience supporting enterprise procurement transformations
Required Skills
Supplier onboarding and master data management
Coupa SIM expertise
UAT execution and system migration support
Preferred Skills
Oracle Fusion Cloud familiarity
Strong stakeholder communication
