Job Description I am seeking an experienced ghostwriter to collaborate on a full-length nonfiction business book of approximately 60,000 to 90,000 words.

The book is written for senior executives navigating complex strategic and technology-related decisions. It is structured, framework-driven, and grounded in real-world enterprise experience.

All intellectual property and core concepts are developed. The writing process will be interview-based. The selected writer will extract content through structured conversations and translate it into a cohesive, executive-level manuscript.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured interviews

Draft chapters based on interviews

Organize complex material into clear, logical narrative

Maintain a strong, direct executive voice

Revise drafts based on feedback

Deliver a complete manuscript over an estimated 6 month period

Qualifications

5+ years ghostwriting nonfiction business books

Experience writing for C-suite or senior executive audiences

Demonstrated ability to manage long-form structured manuscripts

Strong interviewing and synthesis skills

Professional project management discipline

Experience in consulting, enterprise technology, strategy, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
