Role Description
Cornerstone Healing Center is seeking a full-time, hybrid Business Development Specialist to drive growth across the Arizona market, with a focus on our Virtual IOP service lines (Adult and Adolescent). This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic referral partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding market presence. The Business Development Specialist will conduct ongoing market research, develop territory strategies, and build strong relationships with providers, healthcare systems, schools, community partners, and other key stakeholders. This position offers substantial room for growth within the organization. High performers will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, contribute to strategic initiatives, and advance into leadership roles as Cornerstone continues to scale its services statewide and beyond. Success in this role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment, collaborates effectively with internal teams, and represents Cornerstone with professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Qualifications
Arizona resident (preferably within driving distance of a major metropolitan area) 2+ years of proven success in Behavioral Health Business Development Direct experience with Virtual IOP (Adult and/or Adolescent) outreach strongly preferred Demonstrated track record of territory growth, lead generation, and strategic referral relationship development Strong market analysis skills with the ability to assess competitive landscapes and identify growth opportunities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clinical, executive, and community audiences Highly self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity and accountability Organized and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and standard business development tools Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven, performance-based environment Email resume and cover letter to hr@cornerstonehealingcenter.com.
