Role The PCA Group of Companies is currently seeking a Graphic Designer who has experience in the Beauty/Retail/CPG environment.
This is NOT A REMOTE role and will be required to work from our New York City office.
The Graphic Designer plays a critical role in creating best‑in‑class visual content for retail environments, primarily digital platform, e‑commerce use (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.), as well as digital marketing collateral, and print design materials as needed. The role sits within PCA Creative team and collaborates closely within Creative (graphic design; photo/video studio; UX/UI design) and cross‑functionally with Marketing and Brand Management.

Create evergreen visual content for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart.com, and others as needed), including PDP carousel content, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and Infographics
Support and supplement other graphic design workstreams delivering digital marketing and print design materials when needed.
Ensure artwork aligns with brand positioning, products, target demographics and marketing strategy
Ensure all artwork is in compliance with specific platform requirements, retail environments, and best practices
Develop content design recommendations reflecting innovative, best practice, and on brand approach for visuals
Collaborate and support broader creative team practices and support cross-channel work as needed
Requirements
Portfolio required for consideration
3-5 years experience as graphic designer in CPG marketing environment; experience with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor platform strongly recommended
BA or BFA in design or related field; or comparable professional experience and certifications
Experience in Beauty & Fragrance CPG; digital marketing knowledge preferred
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
Self‑motivated and proactive working style with a passion for always seeking the best possible result for clients
Self-starter and natural team player, comfortable working autonomously, driving decision making, and proactively problem solving across teams
Salary $75-$90K / annually
