Responsibilities
Manage and maintain global communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange or SAP Workzone Ensure the smooth operation of email & telecommunication systems, instant messaging, and video conferencing tools Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and patches according to ITIL Documentation of features and changes for administrators and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals. Support end-users in the effective use of communication and collaboration tools Align with other IT teams to integrate communication tools with other systems - Collaborate as part of a one global IT Comm. & Collab service team
