About the role We are seeking a Mid-level Media Producer to lead complex media projects from concept through deployment. They excel at coordinating creative teams, managing sophisticated media production processes, and ensuring seamless integration between content strategy and technical implementation while maintaining quality, timeline, and budget standards

This is a hybrid position and will require regular travel to the G&A’s Lab in Chelsea, Manhattan.

Key responsibilities The Mid-Level Producer takes ownership of complex media delivery:

Lead 2-4 media projects from concept through deployment

Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and content delivery plans

Coordinate seamlessly between creative teams and technical implementation partners

Manage content creation phases and overarching creative strategy

Drive media production process improvements and quality standards

Monitor and optimize workflows and content performance

Identify and resolve technical integration and content delivery challenges

Strong financial insight and oversight Success requires strong media financial acumen and oversight:

Manage comprehensive media production budgets and cash flow

Oversee vendor and contractor agreements for services and talent

Drive invoice processing and media production cost tracking

Monitor content creation allocation and production efficiency

Identify and address media budget challenges and cost overruns earlyStructure and negotiate content creation and technology licensing agreements

Ensure profitable media production delivery and content cost optimization

Building strong relationships and guiding media teams toward success:

Lead media production stakeholder groups with decreasing need for senior oversight

Guide creative teams toward consensus on complex creative decisions

Ensure clear communication across all media production disciplines and platforms

Develop and maintain strong vendor and client relationships

Direct media workflows and technical delivery coordination

Mentor junior media production team members and coordinate skill development

Foster collaborative production team dynamics and creative innovation

Qualifications The ideal candidate brings substantial media production expertise across film, animation, and interactive:

4-6 years experience in media production management or interactive media coordination

Media production or project management certification preferred

Proven experience with complex media and interactive content projects

Strong content strategy knowledge and production process expertise

Excellence in vendor management and creative team coordination

Advanced proficiency in media production and content management tools

Outstanding creative communication and technical problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated on-time and on-budget content delivery experience
