This is an opportunity to join a global leader in digital commerce and customer-centric innovation, supporting North American marketing initiatives within a growing vertical. In this role, you will own and execute impactful email and push marketing strategies that directly influence customer engagement, revenue performance, and lifecycle growth. Aquent is proud to partner with this organization to identify strong operators who thrive in data-driven, high-ownership environments.
Unleash Your Marketing Prowess: Drive Customer Engagement and Sales We are seeking a data-driven marketing professional to lead email and push campaign strategy and execution. This role blends hands‑on execution with strategic ownership — from audience research and segmentation to KPI development, testing roadmaps, and performance optimization.
You will develop manual and automated lifecycle programs, partner closely with Tech and UX teams, and use data insights to continuously improve campaign performance. This is a highly independent role (approximately 80% autonomous) that requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to clearly articulate strategy to stakeholders and senior leadership.
What You’ll Do:
Design and execute annual email and push marketing strategies based on audience research and segmentation
Establish goals and KPIs (CTR, conversion, revenue impact) to measure success
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders and creative teams to define campaign content
Build, wireframe, and brief email campaigns
Troubleshoot technical email template issues prior to launch
Use segmentation to deliver highly targeted customer communications
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy to optimize results
Develop and launch automated push and email programs based on performance insights
Partner with Tech and UX teams to develop A/B testing roadmaps
Document processes, testing plans, and campaign learnings
Report on campaign performance with clear, data‑backed insights
Must-Have Qualifications:
4–6 years of professional (non‑internship) marketing experience
Direct experience building, wireframing, and briefing email campaigns
Hands‑on technical ability to troubleshoot email template issues
Strong strategic thinking with ability to articulate the “why” behind decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership
Project management experience managing cross‑functional initiatives
Experience using data and metrics to drive measurable improvements
Experience with customer segmentation and audience analysis
A/B or multivariate testing experience
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Copywriting experience
PMP certification (nice to have)
Experience in e‑commerce, retail, or consumer tech environments
