About the Role This Designer will play a key role on our creative team, contributing to the development and execution of visually compelling creative across digital and print channels. The position supports major launches and brand initiatives, requiring cross-functional partnership, and the ability to work from early concept through final delivery. Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with senior creative leadership to support digital and print needs Drive the creative development of integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency across digital and print touchpoints Oversee the full lifecycle of projects, managing revisions, and stakeholder feedback as needed Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to extend creative capacity when needed Develop and maintain brand consistency across all assets, ensuring adherence to established brand guidelines Design a range of creative assets including paid media, email, web, social, retail collateral, packaging, and launch materials Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, E-commerce and Retail teams to align creative with business priorities Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape with luxury skincare and beauty industries Support photoshoots or content capture as needed, including asset selection, retouching direction, and post-production review Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or comparable professional experience 4+ years of professional design experience Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) Proficiency in Figma Working knowledge of Mac systems with basic cross-platform troubleshooting skills Prior experience in beauty, fashion or luxury categories preferred Experience working in a fast-moving, collaborative creative environment Requirements We expect a strong visual sensibility with typography, layout and composition, ability to lead creative projects, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing beauty-driven design work. A deep understanding of design fundamentals, including color, hierarchy, and page structure, and experience reviewing post-production work are desired.
