4 Event Days
3 Pre-Promotional Days
Total: 7 days
(Mid-March to Mid-April)
Market Manager:
Pre-promo Days: $150 per day
Event Days: $350 per day
Travel Days $250 per day + per diem
Brand Ambassador:
$25/HR
4-hour shifts focused on solo flyering and community outreach at local businesses, coffee shops, libraries, and public spaces to distribute collateral and introduce the program to the market.
MARKET MANAGER (MM) Market Managers serve as the primary on-site lead for all activations in their assigned market.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead all on-site execution and staffing
Manage Brand Ambassadors and dedicated Survey BA per event
Oversee consumer flow and engagement within a 10×30 footprint
Drive & Maintain a Sprinter Van
Ensure proper execution of interactive storytelling and engagement elements
Coordinate surveys, QR scans, SMS sign-ups, and lead capture
Serve as the on-site liaison with Newbridge and client stakeholders
Troubleshoot staffing, logistics, or production issues in real time
Independently flyer and conduct outreach during pre-promotional days
Submit daily recaps, photos, and reporting
Requirments:
Experiential marketing or event management experience required
Prior Market Manager, Lead BA, or Field Manager experience preferred
Highly organized, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
Professional, polished, and comfortable leading mission-driven conversations
Responsibilities Include:
Engage attendees within the experiential footprint
Educate consumers and support storytelling activations
Support surveys, QR scans, and SMS sign-ups
Distribute premiums and branded collateral
Requirments:
Compassionate, confident, and reliable
Professional, approachable, high-energy brand ambassadors
Comfortable discussing sensitive but inspiring subject matter
