Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel strategies, with a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement. As the Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, oversee campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.
Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of regional outreach strategies designed to expand referral sources, partnerships, and community awareness.
Support the development and maintenance of relationships with local hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, and community organizations.
Participate in supervised site visits to medical offices and referral partners to educate stakeholders on Connections Physical Therapy’s locations, services, and care model.
Represent Connections Physical Therapy at health fairs, athletic events, professional conferences, and community programs.
Support recruitment initiatives by assisting with college fairs, university exhibits, and career outreach events.
Assist in the creation, preparation, and distribution of promotional materials and digital marketing content.
Support the execution and monitoring of targeted marketing campaigns across print, social media, and online platforms.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral data, partnerships, and engagement efforts.
Assist with the coordination and execution of community, employee, and referral partner events, including Lunch & Learns, celebrations, and seasonal initiatives.
Participate in quarterly regional meetings and assigned leadership meetings as required.
Provide feedback, observations, and performance insights to support continuous improvement of outreach efforts.
Support and maintain the company’s social media and online presence with a focus on local community engagement and healthcare promotion.
Travel regularly throughout assigned territories to support outreach and relationship development.
Skills and Knowledge
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and referral development principles preferred
Proficiency in website management platforms, social media tools, and content management systems
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and digital advertisingStrong written and visual communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and design platforms such as Canva or Adobe preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze basic marketing data and campaign performance
Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tracking tools preferred
Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy standards
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
