Role Description We’re looking for a Marketing Affiliate Manager to build and scale Loops Lab’s affiliate and referral revenue engine. You’ll recruit and manage creator partners, own tracking links/codes and payout operations, and turn creator relationships into measurable performance. This role works closely with social and community to drive launches, drops, and always-on conversion. This role reports to the CBO.
You’ll identify the right creators, build real partnerships, and turn influence into measurable impact. If you understand how culture converts and how creators drive performance, this role is for you.
This position is
based in Los Angeles
and works closely with social, community, and marketing teams.
What You’ll Do:
Build and scale Loops Lab’s affiliate + referral program
as a revenue channel
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates across tiers (micro to macro creators + niche partners)
Own affiliate operations:
tracking links, codes, payouts, partner onboarding, performance reporting
Build partner enablement kits: launch briefs, assets, messaging, best practices
Collaborate with Social + Community teams to ensure creators have the right content and hooks
Optimize affiliate and referral performance based on
revenue, conversion, CAC/ROAS efficiency
Support launches/drops with creator activations tied to measurable outcomes
Who You Are:
2–5+ years experience in
affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
Strong understanding of the creator economy and social platforms
Relationship-first mindset with performance instincts
Comfortable negotiating, onboarding, and managing creators at scale
Data-aware but culture-led
Based in
Los Angeles
