We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Website Designer with strong experience in

Duda

to create visually compelling, high-performing websites for a diverse client portfolio. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys crafting pixel-perfect websites that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities Client-Facing Design & Communication

Serve as the primary designer for client websites, ensuring their vision is accurately executed.

Conduct client meetings via phone, email, and video to review design progress, provide recommendations, and gather feedback.

Proactively address client questions or concerns with clarity and professionalism.

Advise clients on web design best practices, user experience (UX), and conversion-focused layout strategies.

Website Design & Development

Build, customize, and maintain client websites on Duda, ensuring responsive and high-performing designs.

Collaborate with clients to create site layouts, visual assets, and interactive features that align with brand guidelines.

Optimize website functionality, navigation, and performance for usability and SEO best practices.

Implement content updates, page revisions, and internal linking structures as needed.

Quality Assurance & Optimization

Conduct thorough testing of websites across devices and browsers to ensure consistency and functionality.

Apply attention to detail in typography, spacing, color schemes, and other visual elements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues or bugs quickly.

Stay current with web design trends, Duda platform updates, and industry standards.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with account managers, content creators, and other internal team members to align web projects with broader client strategies.

Provide clear updates and deliverables on design projects and timelines.

Qualifications Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in web design, with Duda experience required.

Previous client-facing or agency experience is a plus.

Technical Skills

Strong expertise in

Duda platform

including templates, widgets, custom code, and integrations.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate).

Understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and accessibility standards.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.

Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.

Soft Skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for design aesthetics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
