Location: Moorpark, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Full-time, Regular Business Hours Duration: 6 Months (with potential to extend every 6 months) Compensation: $30.00 - $38.00/hr W2 Overview

We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow, maintain, and report on our comprehensive digital marketing programs. In this role, you will be a key player in providing cross-departmental support, building audience segmentations, and executing high‑impact campaigns across email, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a data‑driven storyteller who can balance the technical side of campaign execution (HTML/CSS) with the analytical side of performance reporting. Key Responsibilities

Produce and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including building emails from templates and HTML, creating social media content, coordinating assets, performing QA, and scheduling. Support various strategic programs via manual and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including new customer acquisition, lead generation, nurturing, win‑back, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional communications. Manage and execute against the digital marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities, demand forecasts, and internal stakeholders. Develop and implement A/B and multivariate tests for various digital channels (e.g., email, landing pages, ad copy), manage testing calendars, record results, and advise on improvements to optimize performance. Monitor and optimize key digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, email deliverability, list hygiene, social media engagement, and search engine rankings, in order to maximize ROI and address any performance issues. Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on campaign performance and overall digital marketing effectiveness, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, engagement, website analytics, lead generation, unsubscribes, etc. Contribute to SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, link building, and paid search campaign management. Assist in managing and growing the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis. Collaborate on content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, ensuring content is optimized for search and distribution across relevant channels. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Demonstrate behaviors which align with the organization's desired culture and values. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or an adjacent field, or equivalent education, training, and/or work experience. Fluent in campaign analysis and reporting across all standard marketing KPIs. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, UTM tracking and tagging, ESP dashboards, and other marketing analytics tools. HTML/CSS knowledge; proficiency in HTML/CSS is required for email and web updates. Benefits and Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, W2. In addition, employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, short‑term disability, and a 401K plan (subject to eligibility).
