About the Role We’re a fast-growing U.S. consumer brand operating in New York and New Jersey dispensaries, looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to support in-store execution, retail activations, and field marketing programs.

This role is highly executional and ideal for someone with experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or field activation who enjoys coordinating real-world programs across physical retail locations.

You’ll work closely with U.S.-based sales and marketing teams to ensure programs are launched correctly, on time, and consistently across NY and NJ dispensaries.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate in-store marketing programs across NY & NJ dispensaries

Manage POS assets (displays, signage, promos) from planning to deployment

Support budtender education and incentive programs

Track activation execution and compile performance reports

Coordinate with field sales reps, brand ambassadors, and retail partners

Maintain activation timelines, checklists, and playbooks

Ensure brand standards are executed consistently in dispensary environments

Requirements

2+ years experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or field marketing

Experience working with brick-and-mortar retail (CPG, alcohol, beauty, pharma, or cannabis)

Strong project management and execution skills

Excellent written and spoken English

Comfortable working with U.S. teams and deadlines

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Nice to Have

Experience supporting U.S. retail or dispensary accounts

Familiarity with regulated industries (cannabis, alcohol, pharma)

English fluency

Experience with reporting tools, CRMs, or spreadsheets
