We are seeking a multi-talented creative professional to support our digital marketing, design, and content operations. This role combines graphic design expertise with digital strategy, content management, and hands‑on support for websites, social media, and email marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, technically skilled, and able to bring visual stories to life across multiple platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually compelling graphics for digital, print, and multimedia applications.
Website Management (WordPress):
Maintain, update, and optimize web pages to ensure accuracy, branding consistency, and positive user experience.
Digital Asset Management:
Organize and maintain the photo library, including tagging, filing, and version control.
SharePoint & OneDrive:
Manage shared assets and folders, ensuring files are properly organized, accessible, and up to date. Add content to the company intranet.
Social Media Management:
Develop and maintain the social media content calendar
Draft, schedule, and publish posts with strong visual and written storytelling
Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across channels
Email Marketing:
Create, design, and deploy email campaigns using approved marketing tools (layouts, lists, analytics, A/B testing), and maintain contact lists.
SEO Optimization:
Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility of web content and digital assets.
AI Integration:
Use AI tools to streamline design, content development, and workflow automation when beneficial.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, sales, HR, and other teams to support initiatives and campaigns.
Project & Time Management:
Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3‑5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, visual design, or multimedia content creation in a corporate, agency, or in‑house environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword usage, and content optimization strategies.
Hands‑on experience managing and updating websites. Experience with WordPress is preferred.
Experience with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and brand alignment across platforms.
Ability to build and execute email marketing campaigns using approved marketing tools.
Experience using SharePoint and OneDrive for collaborative file management and intranet content updates.
Experience organizing and maintaining digital photo and asset libraries using tagging, metadata, and structured filing systems.
Familiarity with AI‑powered tools for content creation, design support, image editing, and workflow automation.
