Used Car Sales Manager
to join our small, close‑knit team. This is a
hybrid leadership role
combining sales management, online marketing and hands‑on vehicle sales. You will work directly with ownership in a fast‑paced used car environment, helping drive sales, mentor staff, and support daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone ambitious, positive, and eager to grow with a hands‑on ownership group. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Potential total compensation $150,000+

Time off negotiable; minimum 6 paid holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Fourth of July

Schedule
5‑day work week (second day off negotiable)
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: until 4:00 PM
No Sunday work
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in used vehicle sales
Ability to manage Service Department and Lot Management
Price inventory and manage online marketing listings
Mentor and support sales staff
Handle deal structuring and closing (phone and in‑showroom)
Support day‑to‑day dealership operations
Assist with auctions and inventory sourcing as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of used car sales experience
Strong closing skills (phone, showroom, and follow‑up)
Experience with V‑Auto, auctions, and online vehicle marketing
Tech‑savvy; comfortable with dealership systems and computers
Energetic, positive, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
Honest, ethical, and trustworthy
Strong leadership and communication skills (multilingual skills are a plus)
Willingness to help in all areas of the business
Must be available for drug testing at any time
