E-commerce Amazon Channel Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time Location: Tonawanda, NY 14150 Pay Rate: $20 – $23 per hour Position Overview
The E-commerce Amazon Channel Specialist will support the Amazon Channel Manager in overseeing and optimizing a high-volume Amazon seller account. This position focuses on operational coordination, listing management, performance tracking, and compliance support to enhance product visibility and maintain marketplace standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-focused, and experienced in Amazon marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily Amazon account management and operational activities Coordinate with content, design, and purchasing teams to launch new products and enhance existing listings Monitor performance metrics and help maintain Amazon account health standards Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace guidelines Review and track customer feedback and product-related concerns Optimize product listings using data insights and internal recommendations Support Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes and operational requirements Provide administrative and project coordination support to the e-commerce team Maintain accurate documentation and organized account records Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of e-commerce experience, preferably supporting Amazon seller accounts Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience with Adobe design tools is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics or other e-commerce performance platforms is preferred
