Responsibilities What You'll Do
Own and execute
partner-specific marketing strategies
that align InComm Payments and partner goals.
Analyze, recommend, and present
quarterly and ad-hoc promotional opportunities
to drive revenue growth.
Serve as the primary
marketing contact for assigned partners , ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.
Participate in partner meetings and calls to influence strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
Forecast, measure, and report on promotional performance and ROI.
Develop and present marketing strategies for
business reviews and leadership presentations .
Advance InComm Payments' strategic marketing initiatives while supporting partner and distribution customer objectives.
Represent marketing at
partner summits, trade shows, and industry events .
Collaborate closely with account managers, trade marketing, and cross-functional teams.
Act as a
marketing subject matter expert
across the organization.
Other duties as necessary to grow our business.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Strong marketing/promotional experience required
A comprehensive understanding of marketing and promotions
Prior experience in managing major accounts and in presenting results of programs and initiatives
Gift card or retail marketing, brand, and/or consumer goods experience preferred
Proven analytical skills; ability to compile and interpret data
Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills (verbal and written)
Excellent relationship management
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and a sense of urgency
Excellent organization skills with a strong attention to detail
High degree of initiative
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with minimal supervision
Possess a strong work ethic and take pride in work quality
Must have exceptional computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Comfortable learning new technology in a highly innovative environment
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Ability to travel up to 5-15%
