The SDR will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, engaging decision-makers, and helping move opportunities into the sales pipeline. Success in this role requires comfort with cold calling, consistency, and a results-driven mindset. Time Commitment
5–10 hours per week Expected to make
25–40 outbound calls per day Target Accounts
Nursing homes Apartment complexes Located in
Bloomington, Indiana and within a 60-mile radius Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients Identify and speak with decision-makers Communicate the value of Leading Edge Security’s services Support the sales process by generating qualified opportunities Maintain basic records of outreach and follow-ups Compensation
Commission-only Paid exclusively on closed projects No pay for appointments, meetings set, or call volume No base pay, hourly wage, or draw Requirements
Must reside within the
Bloomington, Indiana metropolitan area
or
within a 60-mile radius Comfortable with cold calling and rejection Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and dependable Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Contract Terms
This is a
1099 at-will contract position The contract may be
terminated by either party at any time
