Schedule:
You'll typically work from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

INDUSTRIAL OUTSIDE SALES REP HIGHLIGHTS Responsibilities:
Identifying potential customers and proactively contacting them through emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings
Qualifying prospects, learning about their needs, and explaining how we can fulfill those needs
Building rapport with prospects, creating profitable relationships, and establishing a referral network with new and existing customers
Creating and delivering compelling presentations promoting our extensive products and services and explaining how they'll benefit the customer
Adapting strategies to match individual personalities, market changes, and supply chain challenges
Negotiating prices, closing deals, and cross-selling when appropriate
Tracking sales performance and using data to influence future decisions and strategies
Coordinating with internal marketing, finance, and product development teams
Meeting quotas and targets (i.e., capturing $1.5 - $3M in new sales revenue for the first 2 years)
Qualifications: Education & Experience:
5+ years of experience generating sales in new markets
2+ years of industrial hydraulic hose (fluid power) sales experience is required
Marketing, sales management, and/or technical sales experience
Experience creating and leading virtual and in-person presentations
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales and help customers make informed decisions
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Abilities & Knowledge:
Strong technology skills with the ability to learn new applications
Drive to meet goals and the ability to take ownership of your results
Excellent data analysis skills
Extensive knowledge of hydraulic mobile equipment manufacturing
Ability to learn company strategy, products, services, and the role we play in the broader market
Ability to use Microsoft Teams
Ability to communicate with coworkers, customers, and cross-functional teams
Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
Ability to promptly identify and solve quality concerns
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced work environment
Willingness to help train and guide less experienced team members
Willingness to travel 80% (Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida)
Preferred Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales management OR 5+ years of related work experience
Epicor, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 proficiency
