Build strong, long-term relationships with customers who love being on the water Guide customers through the boat-buying process — from first conversation to closing Match boats to customer needs, lifestyle, and budget Present and demonstrate boats, highlighting features and value Stay current on products, inventory, and market trends Follow up with prospective and existing customers to grow your book of business Handle sales documentation and keep accurate records using tools like Salesforce Represent Irish Boat Shop at boat shows, demos, and company events What We’re Looking For
A people-person who naturally builds trust and puts customers at ease High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward sales goals Confident communicator who can explain features, pricing, and options clearly Willing to learn — boating experience is helpful, but passion matters most Comfortable using basic technology (Word, Excel; Salesforce a plus) Physically able to move around boats, climb ladders, and lift up to 30 lbs Flexible availability, including six days a week during peak season and occasional Sundays Why Irish Boat Shop?
