Inside Sales Representative
Opa-Locka, FL
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$20–$22/hour
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Opa-Locka location. This is an in‑office position focused on building and managing commercial business accounts through phone‑based sales and customer relationship management.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of inside sales experience who enjoys outbound calling, account development, and working in a structured office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sell commercial waste removal, disposal, and recycling services to business customers
Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
Follow up with inbound leads and existing accounts
Prepare quotes and proposals for commercial clients
Maintain accurate call logs and weekly activity reports
Track contract expiration dates and assist with renewals
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Address customer questions and resolve concerns professionally
Qualifications
1–2 years of inside sales experience preferred
Experience with B2B sales is a plus
Strong communication and phone skills
Goal‑oriented with a competitive drive
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Computer literate (CRM experience a plus)
Reliable and punctual
