
VIP Event Vacation Counselor Sales Agent

The Outbound Vacation Sales Agent is a destination expert who will be responsible for communicating with current owners and inviting them to attend a member update meeting and sales presentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Responsible for making 150+ outbound calls per day to secure and maintain that a proper volume of owners are contacted in order to meet daily production goals. Maintains knowledge of all resorts and services available to owners to ensure information relayed to owners is up to date and accurate. Handling incoming call from owners and answer questions they may have regarding the member update and sales presentation. Work with owners to find best date to attend the seminars within given timeframe according to the booking window and current availability. QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of sales experience required Contact center sales in the Timeshare/Hospitality industry a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor Able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus Able to maintain required sales percentage per week Able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on contact center needs
