The Franchise Development Sales role is a

quota‑carrying, high‑impact sales position

responsible for awarding new franchise locations across the PSB portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the full franchise development lifecycle from qualified lead through signed franchise agreement

Leverage existing relationships with Franchise Broker networks to hit the ground running

Conduct structured discovery conversations focused on financial capability, business readiness, and territory alignment

Drive momentum across validation, FDD review, Discovery Day preparation, and award decisions

Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates navigating one of the most important financial and professional decisions of their lives

Maintain disciplined CRM usage with exceptional stage accuracy and forecast reliability

Proactively manage pipeline health, conversion metrics, and close ratios

Partner with brokers, consultants, and referral sources while maintaining quality standards

Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and candidate fit

Ensure all communications comply with FTC franchise regulations

Consistently meet and exceed defined sales quotas and milestone conversion expectations

Provide accurate pipeline visibility and forecast updates

Qualifications

Franchise development experience strongly preferred

4–7+ years of success in high‑consideration consultative sales (franchise, investment, real estate, financial services, or similar)

Proven ability to manage long‑cycle sales with multiple decision milestones

Demonstrated pipeline ownership and quota performance

Experience working with broker‑driven or referral‑based lead sources

Strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy

Comfort discussing financial requirements within compliance guidelines

Passion for franchising and helping entrepreneurs succeed
