We design, sell, and distribute luxury home décor globally to interior designers and boutique/luxury retailers. The AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship furniture made from unique materials), Pigeon & Poodle (home and bath accessories), Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products) and Burton James (seating home furnishing).
About the Position We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and professional
Outside Sales Representative
to represent the Made Goods, Pigeon & Poodle and Blue Pheasant to designers in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in outside sales in luxury home furnishings and strong and successful relationships with designers. The ideal candidate is driven, goal and solution-oriented, and provides excellent customer service. This position includes partnering with our Los Angeles showroom team to represent our brands to area designers.
What you can do for us:
Meet or exceed sales goals established by the Directors of Sales for the Ardmore Home Family of Brands: Made Goods, Pigeon & Poodle, Blue Pheasant, and Burton James
Collaborate with LA Showroom team on a shared account list, targeting LA-based interior designers
Present as a brand ambassador to customers either in-showroom or on-site in design offices
Identify opportunities by brand, customer, or location based on territory travel, observation and data analysis
Identify competitors and relevant industry opportunities, including local conferences, networking and tradeshow events
Travel to High Point Market twice yearly
Work with the sales leadership team to represent the brand at trade shows, company events, and national sales meetings
Play a pivotal role in our company’s transformation and growth
Align with a growing company that operates in the luxury market
Provide training and career development opportunities

Requirements:
5+ years of proven sales experience with specific, relevant background in the sales of high-end luxury home furnishings business
Existing relationships with LA designers highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
Strong verbal/written skills
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally to off-site appointments as needed
Ideal candidate is located in or near Central Los Angeles to support on-site needs and local travel
Demonstrated initiative and strategic decision making
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Starting annual salary:
$65,000-75,000 plus a performance-based commission structure that rewards individual success and client engagement. Top performers have significant earning potential beyond base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
