Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Senior Claim Adjuster based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, allowing for a combination of on‑site and remote work. Responsibilities include managing the end‑to‑end claims process, such as investigating claims, assessing property damage, determining liability, and ensuring timely resolution. The Senior Claim Adjuster will communicate effectively with clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance with insurance regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management
In‑depth knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Claims processes
Strong expertise in evaluating and managing Property Damage cases
Excellent analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance, business, or related fields
Certification in claims or insurance‑related fields is beneficial
